Registration is a 4 step process

Our goal for the tournament is to first attract as many out of state teams
to allow for wide diversity and competition that might not normally play
against each other in local or league play. We will first fill slots
with out of state teams and fill available slots with local teams. We will
extend invitations to all Phoenix Polar Bear and Peoria Roadrunner teams that
play under the Polar Ice Entertainment banner. We recognize this causes
uncertainty and that you may decide to play in another tournament, but
we want to be clear about our philosophy and policy.

Please have all Team information as well as your Player Roster ready before starting
the online application process.

First, submit your TOURNAMENT APPLICATION. If you have
not create a user account, you will be prompted to create this account before proceeding
to the registration application.
This account will be used as your primary communication link for the tournament.
You will be able to update your player roster and team information with this user
account.
If you have already registered and need to make changes, please
LOG IN to access your team information for updating. |

4. BOOK YOUR HOTEL

After you have received a confirmation email indicating your acceptance, be sure to book your hotel rooms as soon as possible. Hotel reservations must be made at
one of our tournament PREFERRED HOTELS. If you are unsure if your team has been accepted or not, please contact one of our tournament directors via email.
This is a requirement of tournament participation and helps to keep tournament
entry fees as low as possible.
